YaPanel is the software YaDominios runs on: a complete panel for selling domains and hosting that runs 100% on Cloudflare's cloud — no VPS, no cPanel, no servers to maintain. There is nothing else like it: domain registration in the customer's name, serverless hosting with a database per site, billing, renewals, referrals, and cash payments, all in one system. It will be offered under a monthly commercial license with updates included.
What is YaPanel?
YaPanel is the system YaDominios runs on, built from scratch because nothing like it existed: we searched for a domain-and-hosting sales panel that ran entirely on the modern cloud (Cloudflare Workers, Next.js, TypeScript) without depending on a VPS or cPanel — and there isn't one. So we built it.
What's included
- Domain sales with registration in the customer's name, live search, renewals with staged reminders, and inbound/outbound transfers.
- Serverless hosting: each site with its own isolated database and storage, publishing from GitHub, real usage metering, and automatic suspension at plan limits.
- Billing: card gateway, cash payment with activation PINs, account balance, PDF invoices, refunds, and disputes.
- Growth: a referral program with commissions to balance, annual plans with a domain included, and a free trial.
- Operations: an admin panel with spend approvals, an immutable audit log, automatic daily backups, and bilingual (ES/EN) transactional email.
Why does "serverless" matter?
A traditional panel (WHMCS + cPanel) needs a VPS, security patches, manual backups, and admin hours. YaPanel runs on Cloudflare's serverless infrastructure: no server to crash, no operating system to patch, no fixed machine costs. The marginal cost per customer is pennies.
Commercial license (coming soon)
YaPanel will be offered as proprietary software under a monthly license, so other hosting sellers can install it on their own Cloudflare account, under their own brand:

When will it be available?

Is YaPanel open source?
No. It's proprietary software under a commercial license: you receive the code to install and adjust on your own infrastructure, but the license and rights belong to Windoce LLC.
What do I need to install it?

How is it different from WHMCS?
WHMCS needs a VPS with cPanel, maintenance, and patches. YaPanel runs 100% serverless on Cloudflare: no servers to manage, with modern hosting (publishing from GitHub, a database per site) and Spanish/English bilingual out of the box.

Yes. While your license is active you receive every product update and up-to-date documentation.
