How to keep your website up to date

To change anything on your page, open your dashboard, go to your page under "Your AI website" and write the change in plain words under "Ask for a change" (for example: "change the phone to +1 305 000 0000"). The chat is on the left and your live page is on the right, so you watch it change as you go. When you like it, press "Publish changes" and your page opens in a new tab, exactly as your customers see it.
What the screen looks like
Opening your page opens the studio, full screen: the dashboard menu and everything else step aside, leaving two things β the chat on the left and your page on the right, live. You ask on one side and watch it happen on the other.
Top left there's a β arrow to head back to the dashboard when you're done. Top right, β Settings holds everything that isn't editing: your page's address, your own domain, and how many visits you have left today. One click away, but never in your way while you work.
Your page shows at the real size your visitor will see it: the studio draws it at full desktop width and scales the whole thing down to fit, instead of squashing it. What you approve is what ships.
Above your page there are two buttons, Desktop and Phone, to see it the way it looks on a computer or on a phone. The phone view is worth a look every time: that's how most people will find you.
Below it sits your page's address with three buttons: Copy (to send it over WhatsApp), Edit name (if you want a different address) and Open (to see it in its own tab).
The address writes itself
You never have to invent a technical address: we build it from your business name. A business called "Bley Hardware" gets bley-hardware.sitios.dev. If someone already took that name, we hand you the next free one without asking. And if you don't like it, press Edit name and type your own.
Three ways to ask for a change
1. Type it. The box grows as you write, so you can take your time explaining. Enter sends it; Shift + Enter starts a new line.
2. Send a screenshot. Tap the paperclip π β or just paste the screenshot with Ctrl+V β and attach it to your message: "make it look like this", "look how bad it renders on my phone". It's the fastest route when the change is visual and hard to put in words. Attaching a screenshot costs no extra credits: it's still 1 credit per change. Don't worry about file size β the image is prepared for you before it's sent, even a full-screen capture.
3. Say it out loud. Tap the microphone and speak; it types itself. It uses your own browser's speech recognition, so it costs nothing and what you say never leaves your computer. If your browser doesn't have it, the button simply isn't there.
The golden rule: just ask for it
There are no complicated menus or fields to hunt for. You maintain your page by writing what you want changed, the same way you'd tell a person. These are real requests that work:
- "Change the phone to +1 305 000 0000"
- "Update the hours: we now open Sundays 9 to 2"
- "Raise the prices: a haircut is now 15 dollars"
- "Put the WhatsApp button up top where it's obvious"
- "Remove the testimonials section"
- "Add a notice that we're closed for vacation until the 15th"
- "Add our new delivery service"
Each change uses 1 credit, screenshot or not. Undo is free.
The chat also answers your questions β free
Not everything you type has to be a change. If you ask a question ("how do I upload my photos?", "can I show prices in dollars?"), the chat answers in the green bar at the top, without using credits and without touching your page. And if your request is too vague ("it looks bad"), instead of guessing it asks what exactly you want different.
One honest limitation: the chat can't open links. If you paste another website's address for it to imitate, it will tell you and ask for a screenshot β it works great with screenshots.
The contact form: customers write to you, it lands in your email
Your page can carry a real contact form. Ask the chat in your own words β "add a contact form" β and publish. From that moment:
- Visitors can leave their name, email and message.
- Every message arrives straight at your account's email, with the visitor's email so you can reply directly.
- Nothing to configure, and your email is not exposed on the page (less spam).
- It ships with a bot filter and a daily cap so nobody floods your inbox.
The two steps people forget
This is where people get confused most, and it's worth reading twice:
- Asking for the change applies it to your draft: you see it right there, on the right.
- Publish changes is what puts it on your site, where your customers see it.
The "Publish changes" button in the top right turns green when you have something unpublished and goes quiet once your site is up to date. If it's green, your visitors are still seeing the previous version: press it. When you publish, your page opens by itself in a new tab so you see exactly what your customer sees.
Uploading new photos
Up top, under "Your photos", you can see the ones you have, remove what you no longer want, and upload others (up to 6 total). Mind the order of operations:
- Uploading photos is free and doesn't change your page yet.
- Once you have the ones you want, press "Put my photos on the page". That uses 1 credit and Blisor rebuilds the page with them.
- Press "Publish changes" so they go live on your site.
It's separated on purpose: that way you can upload a photo, look at it, change your mind and swap it without paying a credit per attempt.
How your page looks when you share it on WhatsApp
When you send your page's link on WhatsApp or post it on Facebook, it doesn't arrive as bare text: it arrives as a large card with an image, like a news story. We build that image for you, using your page's colors with your logo in the middle.
You can see it before sending anything: on your page's screen, up top, tap "Share preview". You'll see exactly how the message will look, in a bubble just like WhatsApp's.
And if you have an image you like better β a photo of your shop, a design someone made you β upload it there and yours wins. The ideal size is 1200 Γ 630, landscape. Another size still works, but that one shows in full with no cropping across every network.
One important detail: the image goes live when you publish. If you just uploaded it, press "Publish changes" so the networks can see it.
If something turns out worse, roll back free
Up top you'll find "Previous versions", listing every change you've asked for. Press "Go back to this one" on any of them and your page returns to how it was. It costs no credits. That's the safety net: you can experiment without fear.
How often should you touch it?
A business page doesn't need weekly changes. What really matters is keeping the information people use to reach you current:
- Phone and WhatsApp: the moment they change. An old number is a lost sale.
- Hours: ahead of holidays and vacation.
- Prices: when they actually change. An old price starts an argument at the counter.
- Photos: whenever you have new product. It's what grabs attention most.
- Address: the day you move.
What if I don't want to do it myself?
Open a support ticket from your dashboard and we'll make the change for you. If you'd rather learn it yourself, one change is all it takes to get the hang of it: write a sentence and press two buttons.
Frequently asked questions
I asked for a change and my site doesn't show it. Why?
Because it isn't published yet. Asking for a change applies it to your draft; publishing puts it on your site. If the "Publish changes" button is green, press it.
Does changing my phone number on the page cost anything?
It uses 1 credit, like any other change. Publishing is free.
Can I go back to how it was before?
Yes, and it's free. Under "Previous versions" pick any version and press "Go back to this one".
Does uploading a photo cost a credit?
No. Uploading and deleting photos is free. The credit is used when you press "Put my photos on the page", which is when Blisor rebuilds the design with them.
How many times can I change my page?
As many as you want, as long as you have credits. Each change uses 1.
