Prices, renewals, and reminder emails

At YaDominios you see the registration price and the renewal price from the very start. Before expiration you'll get several email reminders (around 30, 15, and 7 days ahead) plus the renewal invoice in advance, so your domain is never lost by oversight.
Transparent pricing
Every extension has two prices we show together: the registration price (first year) and the renewal price (following years). We don't use bait pricing that jumps at renewal: what you see is what you'll pay.
When and how does it renew?
Domains are registered for terms of a year or more. As expiration approaches you have two paths:
- Manual renewal: pay the renewal invoice from your dashboard and you're set.
- Auto-renewal: if you turn it on, we generate the invoice and charge before expiration so you don't have to think about it.
The emails you'll get
So you never lose your domain, we remind you several times at your account email:

Important: keep your account email up to date; it's the only channel we use to reach you. Also check your spam folder and mark our emails as safe.
What if I don't renew in time?
Most extensions have a grace period (days after expiration when you can still renew at the normal price, though the domain stops working). After that comes a redemption period where recovering the domain carries a high extra cost. Beyond that, the domain is released and anyone can register it. Don't let it get there: renew on the first reminders.

Wholesale registries adjust fees occasionally. If that happens, you'll always see the current price in your dashboard before renewing; we never charge a price different from the one shown.
