Managing your domain from the dashboard

From Services → your domain you can change nameservers and DNS records, renew, turn on WHOIS privacy, manage the transfer lock, and get your EPP code. All with no tickets or waiting.
Available actions
- Nameservers: change them to delegate DNS (for example to Cloudflare) or use ours.
- DNS records: create and edit A, CNAME, MX, and TXT records if you use our DNS.
- Renewal: renew manually for 1 year or more, or leave auto-renewal on.
- WHOIS privacy: check that your protection is active (included free).
- Transfer lock: keep it on unless you're about to transfer.
- EPP code: request it when you decide to move the domain; it's your right and we give it to you without roadblocks.
- Owner details: keep your contact information current.
Management best practices
- Once a year, confirm the owner email is still yours and active.
- Before changing nameservers, note the current DNS records (a screenshot or copy) so you can recreate them.
- Make DNS changes during low-traffic hours if your site is critical.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use my own nameservers?
Yes. You can delegate the domain to any DNS provider: Cloudflare, your host, or your own servers.
Does changing DNS affect my email?
It can, if email depends on MX records in the zone you change. Always copy the existing records before moving nameservers.
